Mission & Purpose

Greetings Lorne Families

Welcome to our hidden gem. This year the Lorne Street | STEM Magnet PTA has a mixed board of returning members and of fresh new faces and ideas to bring many wonderful programs to enhance the school day.

The PTA is all about volunteers, helping the school to provide the best environment for learning. This is done by helping around the school in classrooms or helping with PTA fundraisers and events. Throughout the year, PTA will provide funds for field trips for every classroom, Psychomotor program, computer technology, Book Fair, Holiday Boutique, Spring Festival, Movie nights, and many other programs designed to enhance the Lorne experience for everyone.

I know as parents, we are busy with our daily routines, but we are all interested in our child's education. I challenge you to find time no matter how small to participate in any of the variety of PTA programs.

I am excited and proud to be part of this wonderful and hardworking group of parents/volunteers at Lorne Street Elementary | STEM Magnet.

See you on campus!

PTA President
